You don't have to download the avatar files and go through the uploading process just to use one of my avatars.
I upload public versions of my avatars that can be found on the VRChat website.

> Extra Files > Maya Files Folder -> Maya files for both PC/VR and Quest versions of the avatar (I use Maya 2017)
> Extra Files > Texture and UV Guides Folder -> Includes Photoshop files for the avatar textures and UV guides as well as PNG versions
